Welcome to the home of The Bitter Gringo, myself Jonathan. I got into the food and beverage industry at a very early age of 14. Starting in the back of house doing dishes and prep, I quickly found my way to the front of house. My dedication to perfecting a craft began with hospitality and the dining experience. Over the years I have taken it to producing unforgettable cocktails, infusions, and bitters. After years of serious batching, blending, and bottling of dozens of bitters, I founded my self as The Bitte Gringo. At the core of what I do are solid and precise small batched bitters, while keeping tinctures and cocktail syrups as part of the craft as well.
